could someone with privledges please add a note to
http://go-mono.com/tutorial/html/en/wrapping/clibs.html about prefix/etc/mono/config
and the mapping of windows dll names to *nix libraries. this information would be
very helpfull for anyone writing wrappers, and there is no other easily locatable
information about this facility found by google. thanks.
