Yep, we have talked about this before. jluke said that we would loose alot of the ECMA docs by doing this.
Why is that?
My recollection of the updater program was that it was pretty flakey. It shouldn't be hard to write a new program to bring the xml files up to date, though - checking for new members or removed members can be based on the code I wrote for those "Mono Implementation Note" boldfaces.
