The windows installer for mono-0.19 lacks Mono.GetOptions.dll.

So mbas (MonoBASIC) can't run, just copy the attached file to the bin subdirectory where mbas.exe is.

Johannes: Can you correct the installer? Was it a problem in the makefiles?
