It's possible that it is an error on the grammar file cs-parser.jay. Last time I saw there were some reduce/reduce conflicts on it, so it may get confused, or a rule is just plain wrong. If Miguel or Ravi, can't solve in their speedy way, I'll look at it tomorrow.
