Hello!

    I am using the first attached XSLT in the Mono documentation
browser, but it is not handling a couple of entries:

    This should be rendered in <pre>:

        <example>
        </example>

    <see langword="XXXX"/>

    Should be rendered as:

        <a href="langword:XXXX">XXXX</a>

    Could someone help me?
