I'm getting the very same error in my simple remoting client (not using the CORBA stuff at all here). It happens on this line in my source: IMyObject remoteObj = (IMyObject)Activator.GetObject( typeof(IMyObject), "tcp://localhost:5000/MyObject" ); Using Mono 0.23 for Debian from www.debianplanet.org/mono in case that matters. I'll definitely have to check out the CORBA stuff - I've got some existing CORBA objects on my network that would be really cool to access from Mono and .NET! -Zak _______________________________________________ Mono-list maillist - [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://lists.ximian.com/mailman/listinfo/mono-list
