[Mono-list] whither mini-ppc.h?

I was giving another shot at updating the fink mono package, but it 
bombs looking for mini-ppc.h, which is mentioned in the makefiles but 
doesn't exist.

They exist in CVS, but I was curious if something went weird while 
packaging....

We put a lot of thought into our defaults.  We like them.  If we
didn't, we would have made something else be the default.  So keep
your cotton-pickin' hands off our defaults.  Don't touch.  Consider
them mandatory.  "Mandatory defaults" has a nice ring to it.
