I did. Nothing special about it though.
I just:
* got the latest version from the CVS (cvs -z3 co mono mcs gtk-sharp
monodoc xsp)
* got the latest monolite distribution (wget
http://go-mono.com/daily/monolite-20030922.tar.gz)
* unpacked it and copied the files to /usr/local/bin and /usr/local/lib
(tar xzvf monolite-20030922.tar.gz and cp)
* cd mono; ./autogen.sh --with-prefix=/usr/local
* make fullbuild or make fullbuild PROFILE="generics" for extra fun
