Well, this is similar to the automake idea of building with $(srcdir)
and $(builddir) ... I think it's a nice system, except it's such a
hassle to get working.
Anyway, the real problem is that program.exe depends on the
configuration variable ${debug} but NAnt doesn't have a convenient
mechanism for expressing that.
