At least no plans from my team to work on that. I think the proper scope to start this kind of work has to be the GCC group as implementing the foundation for C++/CLI will require a relatively modern and standards compliant C++ compiler. But the first step would be to make GCC generate CLI before we can even think of adding managed extensions.
