Hmm... so does that mean that the current libgc configure scripts don't
support building a mingw version? Presumably there must be a way to do this
since the original gc.dll doesn't depend on cygwin. Maybe they use a
different build system... yup looks like the win32 version is built with VC,
shame. Maybe I'll look into adding a --host=mingw target...
