The assembly is still missing from Mono.
I have been working on it, albeit very silently... have completed about
10 classes. Some public, others private/internal.
WARNING: All without any testing. :(

Well, I started off with the classes from:

And still, some of the API (visibility) is confusing - so, the best way
was to use Reflection to get the same. :-)
