I'm pretty sure that the gui version of the debugger was disabled
because it is not up-to-date with the newest Gtk# releases. The debugger
is very unstable and still not finished; I would not plan on being able
to use the GUI any time soon. (Of course, the more help Martin gets, the
faster it goes ... :-)
