Well is it llibgtkhtml3 or gtkhtml3 because there are two of them on 
ftp.gnome.org and libgtkhtml doesn't actually go up to 3 whereas gtkhtml 
does. I mean gtkhtml-sharp compiled, mcs just refuses to find it.

You'll need libgtkhtml3 and related packages to get gtkhtml-sharp.dll
working.
