[Mono-list] Mono and Global.asax

 I am utilising Code behind, for my website. I have added code to the 
Session_Start event handler of Global.asax file. This code does not 
execute.

I added additional debuging code to the remaining Global.asax event 
handlers and the constructor, and recompiled my application, none of the 
code in Global.axax executes.

Has anyone else noticed this?
