There is a Win32 Installer for Mono 0.30 Preview. http://primates.ximian.com/~jackson/mono-0.30.PR1-win32-1.exe
Please email the mono-list for any problems you find in the installer or Mono itself. This way, we can solve any problems before Mono 0.30 actually gets released. This preview does not contain HTML documentation about Mono.
