[Mono-list] Error while installing mono-0.31

Hi,
        I get the following error while installing mono-0.31.
        [ When I run �configure� under mono ]
        [ I am using Redhat-9.0 ]

        input file mint.pc.in cannot be found

        What may be the problem?
        Can anyone please help me?
