I'm new to Mono and have been trying to get the index.aspx file installed and running on SLES 8 (SP3), using Apache 2.0 (Worker MPM) and the latest Mono downloads etc. I've tried RPMs, I've tried source, both starting with the mono-install.sh script, updating from CVS and using the source downloads off the web, but have been unsuccessful. Can someone outline the basic steps needed to make this work with just the critical pieces? Has anyone successfully installed and run the test index page on SLES 8?
