[Mono-list] Strange MonoDevelop windowing issue

I just updated to Mono 1.0 and MD 0.5, and MonoDevelop has started 
acting very strangely. On startup, it pins to the top-left corner of the 
main menu to the top-left corner of the screen, so the title bar is 
hanging off the top of the screen. Also, it stays on top of all of the 
other windows. Makes it very difficult to use. I initially thought it 
was the window manager (I use xfce) but every other app seems to work 
fine. For kicks, I tried starting MD under twm and got the same 
behavior. I tried deleting ~/.config/MonoDevelop in case it had gone 
bad, no difference.

Any help me out? I am perplexed.
