I've set up a read-only SVN repository for everyone who wants to try Sooda.
URL: https://domek.inside.net/sooda/sooda/ Username: anonymous Password is empty. To get the sources - use a subversion client (I recomment TortoiseSVN - http://tortoisesvn.tigris.org or a commandline client http://subversion.tigris.org) and checkout the above URL. To compile - you need a recent nightly build of NAnt (http://nant.sourceforge.net) or VS.NET 2003. Be sure to start by running "nant keyfile" to create and register an assembly signing key. If you have questions - join one of the Sooda mailing list and post your questions there. http://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/sooda-list http://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/sooda-pl-list Jarek ----- Original Message ----- From: "Jaroslaw Kowalski" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Sent: Friday, July 30, 2004 2:28 PM Subject: Re: [Mono-list] Any interest in a new open source project? > I'm writing an O/R mapper as part of my MS Thesis. > > It's called Sooda (simple object oriented data access), features most of the > things you could expect from an O/R mapper (inheritance and query language > included). > > Sooda is designed to be SIMPLE (both when creating the mapping and when > using the objects in your applications) and PORTABLE (works with Mono/.NET, > PostgreSQL, MySQL4, MSSQL, Oracle9).
