[Mono-list] configuring gtk to include gtkhtml-sharp

I was wondering if anyone could tell me how to incorporate the gtkhtml-sharp package in the configure for gtk-sharp.  I am afraid, for me, the documentation is not entirely clear.  Do I need to download an additional package or was it included with the tarball for gtk-sharp.  What would be the exact set of steps needed?   Thanks, Steve
