My gtkhtml-sharp.dll wants libgtkhtml-3.0 instead. (I found this out by
looking at the <dllmap> entry in
/usr/lib/mono/gac/gtkhtml-sharp/[mess]gtkhtml-sharp.dll.config).
I don't know if 3.0 is binary-compatible with 3.1 -- I guess you can try
editing the file and seeing if it breaks or not.
