SpecialFolder.ApplicationData:
First available folder from:
$XDG_CONFIG_HOME
~/.config
SpecialFolder.LocalApplicationData:
First available folder from:
$XDG_DATA_HOME
~/.local/share
SpecialFolder.Desktop, SpecialFolder.DesktopDirectory: ~/Desktop
SpecialFolder.CommonApplicationData: /usr/share
Any other SpecialFolder value: "" (empty string)
Any invalid SpecialFolder value: throws ArgumentException.
