I don't know what are you trying to do, but the wsdl tool generates a client proxy, to be used by a client to call methods of the web service.
You can of course use the proxy on a server, for example if you need to call a web service from another web service. In this case just put the proxy dll in the ./bin subdirectory of the web root.
