To make things work, I've just replaces MS compiled dlls with Mono ones, without restarting. As far as I know, dlls from /bin directory are (re)loaded automatically. I was running it under mod_mono. I didn't have any configuration problems because all "normal" dlls were (re)loading without problems from /bin directory. The problem occurred only with MS compiled.
