A good way to find the answer for your question wrt WSE is:
- go to http://www.mono-project.com
- type "WSE" in the "search" textbox shown in the left pain
- type enter or click "go"
And it will tell you that the discussion will be done in
mono-devel-list.
So, next, go to google and search "WSE mono-devel-list". And it
will show you all the talks done by now.
