Hello Dave, ClickOnce has a strong dependency on CAS, which is actually being worked on (but won't be rock solid for quite some time). Anyone wishing to help on ClickOnce (and it's dependencies) is welcome to contribute.
So I guess the definitive answer is "maybe".
