I found out the problem
The dll was inside the mono-core package, which were badly installed.
I reinstall this module and the dll was installed

The assembly mscorlib.dll was not found or could not be loaded.
It should have been installed in the `/usr/lib/mono/1.0/mscorlib.dll'
directory.
