That's very interesting. Do you know where I could find documentation concerning hosting a remote object in a Linux service (daemon) - i.e. something that would be running even though no-one is logged in? It's easy to do a Windows service. The coding's trivial and you can install the service using installutil.exe. I've not seen anything that explains how this can be done in Linux.
