I think I fixed this in a patch after the 1.1.9.2 release. I say think
because I'm only pretty sure it was after the release, and I only tested
it with Apache 2.
If what you're experiencing is what I fixed, then the work around is to
use different aliases for each virtual host, described in the section
'Multiple Applications, Multiple mod-mono-servers' on the mod_mono page.
That'll put each vhost into a different mod-mono-server.
Alternatively, put all of the AddMonoApplications directives at the
root-level of httpd.conf (and see the last example in the 'More on
Applications' section).
Or maybe there's going to be a release soon with that fix...
