I can't help you on this problem, i use XSP2 web server. I think there
is a page on the Mono website regarding mod-mono-server2, you may want
to take a look at it.

AFAIK, the preview is enable by default, i use a lot of ASP.NET 2.0
features, and i only 'configure --prefix'
