As the other posters have pointed out mod_mono is for asp.net.

However it is possible to run asp with apache.  IIRC it requires
mod_perl and another perl module (don't quote me on the exact
requirements, as I have never done this).  However if you are looking to
migrate to a linux server, you may wish to look into that.
