Go to http://www.gnomefiles.org/index.php and search for Gtk#. I get 27 apps returned, though not all are applicable (Gtk# itself is returned, for example). That list is probably incomplete, too, since this page lists many more: http://www.osnews.com/story.php?news_id=9780 Just because I can only immediately list 3 Gtk# apps doesn't mean there aren't more.
