No, it isn't es-CA, it's ca-ES. I have a agpx page with a calendar webcontrol and ca-ES culture. When I execute the page the month name appears in english (wrong: it would have to appear in catalan). I test the same page on Monoppix and month name appears in catalan (ok).
I test another cultures like es-ES, es-AR, fr-FR and in my installation month always appears in english, so I think that the problem is my installation of Mono. I use Debian Sarge and Debian Sid. In Debian Sarge I installed Mono using bin installer from www.mono-projects.com and in Debian Sid I use apt. Where I can look for the problem? 2006/1/16, Atsushi Eno <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>: > Gonzalo Paniagua Javier wrote: > > On Fri, 2006-01-13 at 20:58 +0100, Pere Rodríguez wrote: > >> I expect that month appears in catalan, but it appears in english. > >> > >> I run aspx page in Monoppix and month appears in catalan, so I think > >> that the problem is my instalation. > >> > >> I run Mono over Debian Sarge and Debian Sid and I have the problem in > >> the two distributions. > >> > >> Where I can look for the problem? > > > > Looks like we don't have a es-CA in our culture information tables, but > > the data is there (I saw 'dilluns', 'dimarts'... in the file). > > > > Perhaps Atsushi can help here. > > Well, as long as I tried culture "es-CA" does not exist in .NET. > (or is it Windows locale dependent?
