You need to have Gtk# 2.4 or later installed, and you need to pass
`-pkg:gtk-sharp-2.0` on the mcs compile line, e.g.
mcs -pkg:gtk-sharp-2.0 MyProgram.cs
Otherwise, mcs won't reference the appropriate assemblies to know about
the Gtk.FileChooserDialog type.
