MonoDevelop is currently going through the import procedure for Fedora Extras, but it's a slow process as there is something borked in the way Fedora have packaged Mono. For the time being... http://www.all-the-johnsons.co.uk/mono/rpms.html Grab the lot and install. gtksourceview-sharp will need --force added to the rpm line. Don't worry, no harm will come to your system because of this - I just mispackaged it.
