Well, I did find this file on my system: /usr/lib/mono/gac/System.EnterpriseServices/1.0.5000.0__b03f5f7f11d50a3a/System.EnterpriseServices.dll but It doesn't work, it keeps giving this message. I think (guess) it's missing something it needs to run, but I have no idea how to find out.
