Hello: I just beginning to look at the Mono & XSP stuff, and am experiencing a problem compiling that latest XSP source on Linux. When I issue a "./configure -prefix=/home/adkent", I get the following:
[EMAIL PROTECTED] xsp-1.1.16.1]$ ./configure --prefix=/home/adkent checking build system type... i686-pc-linux-gnu checking host system type... i686-pc-linux-gnu checking target system type... i686-pc-linux-gnu checking for a BSD-compatible install... /usr/bin/install -c checking whether build environment is sane... yes checking for gawk... gawk checking whether make sets $(MAKE)... yes checking whether to enable maintainer-specific portions of Makefiles... no checking for a BSD-compatible install... /usr/bin/install -c checking for pkg-config... /usr/bin/pkg-config checking for csc... no checking for mcs... no checking for gmcs... no checking for mono... no checking for gacutil... no checking for sn... no configure: error: No C# compiler found Incidentally, I've already installed the latest Mono and mod_mono, so the XSP stuff is the only thing causing me headaches at this point. I'm sure it's something trivial... Thanks in advance. _______________________________________________ Mono-list maillist - [email protected] http://lists.ximian.com/mailman/listinfo/mono-list
