Turned out that it is not only true to Npgsql but also happens in all Sockets are concerned. I met this issue on running olive tests. On Windows, GetSocketOption (SocketOptionLevel.IP, SocketOptionName.DontFragment) causes Win32 error like: ** (../../class/lib/net_3_0/nunit-console.exe:3084): WARNING **: System.Net.Sockets.SocketOptionName 0xe is not supported at IP level 0xe is SocketOptionName.DontFragment. It is used by Socket.DontFragment which newly introduced in r70853. Dick: can you please have a look at this issue?
