Thanks a lot for answer! I didn't use <% @OutputCache %>, and I was trying to not using Cache for other objects. Memory was growing not so fast, but the problem was not solved. Also I can't run web-site without using of Cache. I store in Cache results of some heavy SQL queries. Without it web-site work very slow.
