have you also already tried the pre-release package - download: http://cougarpc.net/qyoto/index.php?option=com_remository&Itemid=56&func=fileinfo&id=4 I don't work with windows but under linux the latest package is working pretty well. So maybe it solves the problems you'll have compiling the stuff under windows.
