Never mind. Figured it out. Problem was that yum was not installing the
mod_mono package because it isn't signed.
yum --nogpgcheck fixed the problem.

Install works fine. I'm now trying to configure apache2 to use mono, and I
can't find the mod_mono.so module to include in the httpd.conf file. I made
sure xsp was installed, but the module isn't anywhere on my system.
Any ideas? I'd rather avoid building the package myself.
