In an ideal world, they would provide either (1) a .zip file, or (2)
a .exe which is a self-extracting ZIP (and thus can be unzipped with the
normal unzip program).

If they do neither of these, you probably need to install the .exe
or .msi under Wine before running the app under Mono...
