Hi, msvcr70.dll is a native Windows DLL. Mono is only able to use native libraries of the host platform.
If you want full compatibility you can try the Windows version of Mono under Wine. Otherwise you should aviod using msvcr70.dll or at least don't use functions not supported by libstdc.
