Rolando, It should be in $prefix/lib/mono/2.0/resgen.exe. However, in this case NAnt is trying to use the 1.0 version of resgen.
What version of NAnt are you using? Could you try a more version (0.86 beta 1, or a nightly build)? Can you also check whether you are actually targeting the mono-2.0 framework?
