I run c# web service with mod_mono and latest Apache in Windows XP. Typing
http://1.2.3.4/MyService.asmx?wsdl in browser and holding down F5 key for some time always returns error 503 Service Temporarily Unavailable wsdl page size returned by this call is 372 kb.
