However, I think that it's not enough and I would like to open a thread where people can share their ideas for possible optimization. Of course, most of the optimizations are not unique for a specific language or to Mono/.NET, but although many documents can be found about code optimizations in other platforms/languages, it would be great to put all ideas for Mono in one place. Thus, people can discuss the benefit of each optimization, or even implement and report some ideas if they find them useful.
