Thanks Chris for the prompt reply. I checked in my server and the mono-common package is not installed.
So, before installing the core 2.0 framework of Mono, do I need to install the mono-common first or I can install the 2.0 directly?? And how do I check that the binfmt kernel extension is installed and working?
