I am using a StreamReader to read text from a CSV file. All works fine,
except for one thing: The lines read from the file are missing all
ampersands ("&", to avoid any misunderstandings). This doesn't seem to be
related to the encoding chosen (it doesn't vary) and it doesn't vary with
the file format either. Seems like I am overlooking something somewhere. Any
