I have created a small 2D animation library under LGPL. It displays
sprites and anything else on a Graphics object at a given fps.

It does not require any extra libraries than System.Drawing.*
I've tested it with mono+vista, mono+suse, and MS.net+vista

I think the advantage is for small potatoes development that doesn't
want the overhead of directX or openGL or others but just needs simple
2D animation that works everywhere.
